Turnaround Time
Turnaround time for corporate Christmas cards varies between 1-50 weeks. We will confirm you expected turnaround time when your order is received. All orders must be received before 1st December.

Payment Terms
We require 40% of the payment up front, the final 60% is require upon delivery of your cards.

Other
All of our cards are completely handmade so slight differentiations between cards is to be expected. All cards are made to a very high standard using high quality materials.

Inserts are printed on high quality brilliant white textured paper in black. You will receive a fax or e-mail to confirm the content of your insert. Once the insert content has been approved, Polka accept no liability for errors.
